Hello! My name is Stephanie Smith and I am the Property Management Associate for Columbia Mall. My favorite part of my job is coordinating events and working with local non-for-profits to promote their cause at the mall including Relay for Life, RAMS, The Food Bank, Second Chance, Tigers on the Prowl, Columbia Public Schools, American Red Cross, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mid-Missouri, and many others.
 
I grew up in Kirksville, MO (home to Truman State University and A.T. Still University) and moved to Columbia to attend college at the University of Missouri (Go Mizzou!). I fell in love with Columbia with the beautiful parks and trails, delightful local restaurants, and vibrant arts scene. So, I chose to stay after college to start my career. I am married to a wonderful man named Jay Smith who is a manager at Carfax and we have a clever, spirited 4-year-old daughter named Addison. I am also very active in the Columbia community. I am a Certified Tourism Ambassador for the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, External Events Chair for the Red Shoe Society (a volunteer group that assists the Ronald McDonald House), Monthly Programs Co-Chair for Women’s Network, and I am the founder and chapter head for Columbia Girls Pint Out, which is a national organization of women who love craft beer.
 
For fun I enjoy traveling, reading, biking, baking, and trivia. My husband and I also play on the Mid-Missouri Kickball League on Sundays. Through my career, extracurriculars   and volunteer work I have formed invaluable bonds with the citizens of Columbia. My family loves Columbia and supporting the organizations that make our home so wonderful!
