I'm a nerd at heart with a background in biochemistry and an adoration for articles. I enjoy getting lost in the woods, old record players, exploring new places, and attempting to paint (heavy on the word “attempting”). I work as a Director of Account Services for Influence & Co., a content marketing agency based in Columbia, Mo., have a 6-year-old son, and am working on launching a website, Finding Treesus, that will cover the intersection of seeking spirituality and self-care and how valuable nature can be within that process.
